Option 1 - You can try Honey Body Massage 2 which is as close to nuru as you can get in Pattaya. Bangkok has better options for nuru.
I am listing 2 options, both are walking distance to each other near Terminal 21. Do report your experience if you can.
Option 2 - Sabai Dee Body Massage this one is hit or miss
